Zdeněk is a Consultant on EU energy policy.

He joined Interel during his Ph.D studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. His Ph.D research was focused on the development of electricity sources in the national power system. During his studies at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia he focused on the legislative aspects of the liberalization of the EU energy market.

At our office, he deals primarily with the continuous monitoring of the EU energy market. He is involved also in projects from the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.
